JEFFERSON COUNTY, WV - A new type of housing community is coming to Jefferson County, and it's pretty unique for this area.
It caters to not only humans, but those with hooves and four legs.
The development is an equestrian-themed subdivision with three to seven acre home-sites for people to live with their horses and others who share their passion of the equestrian lifestyle.
The subdivision will have a community barn and each house will be custom-designed to meet individual buyers' expectations.
"It will have a gated entrance and a riding trails all the way around the subdivision. In the center of the subdivision there will be pasture and horses," explains Trish Sanderson, a broker for Creststar Realty.
The community will be marketing home-sites within the next couple of months and offers commuters an easy ride to Washington, D.C. while still living in the country.
